This bodysuit was heavily inspired by a famous photo of punk/goth titan Dinah Cancer (Castration Squad/45 Grave). In the photo, she is wearing a curve-hugging leather and mesh studded bodysuit and staring mischievously at the camera with a countenance that whispers "come hither, if you dare". It's one of those images that you commit to memory at first sight. As for the outfit, I have been drooling over it for the better part of a decade. Although this knock off is spandex and not leather, I think the same cheeky tough girl aesthetic translates well and I hope it is a proper homage to a true icon.
