Acceptable Forms of Payment

Order Cancellations 

You have 24 hours to cancel your order, in which case you will be refunded the full amount minus any PayPal or credit card processing fees). Otherwise, there are no refunds after this grace period. 

 

Return Policy and Refunds

All sales are final 24 hours after placing the order. No refunds will be accepted after this period, as everything is made to order for you. Exchanges are possible. If you wish to complete an exchange,  you must contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and your new item will not go into production until I have received your return item. The exchanged item must be sent back in unworn condition. 

* I am not responsible for items that don't fit due to incorrect sizing or ordering.

* In the case of over payment of shipping costs, a refund will be issued for the balance (the over payment must be over $2.00 for a refund to be issued).

 

Lost or Stolen Goods

* I am not responsible or lost, stolen or wrongly delivered packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct shipping information is provided at check-out. Please review the details of your order to avoid any complications or delays. If an item is returned to me for incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the extra shipping charge.

Rush Fees  

The order of production for an item is dependent upon each item's place in the queue and takes 2-4 weeks, typically. If you need an item sooner, a rush fee will be applied which will be discussed before purchase. Contact me to discuss rush orders.
