How long until I receive my order?

Production can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending how many orders are in queue. (This does not include shipping time). The production times are subject to change and extended during sale events and the holidays.

Please note: Because of the supply chain interruptions we are seeing with COVID-19, current production time may take a bit longer (2-6 weeks) if I am not able to regularly purchase supplies 

Need your item by a certain time? Please contact me before ordering (FYI, a rush fee may be applied for this service).

What are the shipping costs and how long will it take once it ships?

Some items may be eligible for free shipping- if you are not prompted for shipping costs at checkout, then you have been deemed eligible. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are subject to change based on USPS rates, but are roughly as follows: 

USA: $6  | 2-5 Business Days

Canada: $15+ | 1-2 Weeks

International: $27+ | 1-3 Weeks

*Shipping cost is exactly what I have to pay including packaging materials.

* I use the USPS for shipping. If you prefer a different shipping service, contact us before purchasing to discuss other shipping options 

*Additional charge will apply when more than one item is purchased due to the weight of the package. If there is an overpayment of shipping costs of over $2.00, the difference will be refunded to you. 

*Please remember that the delivery times vary, I do not have control over custom fees as well as clearance custom holds!

*I am not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Once it is out of my hands, it is up to the mailman to get it to you.

*Shipping times may be extended due to COVID19. 

 

I didn't realize my order was going to take this long, can I cancel?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order, with a full refund minus the PayPal or credit card processing fees. Otherwise, there are no refunds after this grace period.

 

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide EXCLUDING Russia and APO/FPO addresses.

*It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; I am not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform me of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.
